Jay Song is the founder of MCIC and a founding member of Jinding, one of Australia's leading property and investment groups. With over a decade of hands-on experience across Australian real estate, private capital, and cross-border investment structuring, Jay brings rare depth to the intersection of Asian private wealth and Australian alternative assets.

A dynamic entrepreneur and institutional investor, Jay's career spans property development, fund management, and cross-border advisory across Singapore, Australia, and Greater China. His work at Jinding — where he serves as Executive Director and board member overseeing investment portfolio management, business development, and risk governance — has given him unparalleled insight into the full lifecycle of Australian real asset investment, from origination through to exit.

Jay founded MCIC to bridge a gap he observed firsthand: Asia-Pacific high-net-worth families and private capital groups seeking credible, well-structured access to Australian markets, and Australian operators seeking patient, sophisticated capital partners.
